"Hit and miss"
They’ve tried to reinvent the business model and it’s hit and miss. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room we were in and the machine in the lobby was not working. The room was quite small, but the view compensated in spades (on the 17th floor). They’ve tried to be cute with the design - the bathroom door doubles as the shower door. This can be tricky - and there are certainly not enough hooks. Hallways are dark as are their carpets. What sins they hide heaven only knows. The instructions for the washing machines are not intuitive. The Hyatt branding might mislead people. Unless you are aware of the implications of the sub-brand.
"Comfortable and Clean Stay"
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, and everything was well organized. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
"Great in town hotel in Da Nang"
In town location, lots of restaurants and shops close. Very new building, clean and staff are very friendly. Flexible check-in and out is fantastic. They go via 24 hour stay. If you check in at 4pm then you can check out until 4pm. Breakfast was a large selection and varied somewhat each day. I enjoyed my stay.

I loved my stay at Wink City Centre. The location is perfect—authentic and close to everything without feeling overly touristy. My room was super well-organized, cozy, and had an amazing night view of the Dragon Bridge. The staff are excellent, especially Ali! She made everything completely seamless from the minute I walked in, and even made sure I was registered to catch my member points before I went up to my room. Great city, great staff.
