"Bad Review"
I was quite disappointed with my stay at Pariat River Front Hotel. My brother stayed in a Deluxe Double Room and found many cockroaches in the room, which was very unacceptable. When we requested a room change, the staff did not seem concerned at all and reacted as if this was something normal. The overall service was also not good. The staff were not cheerful. Before arriving, I tried calling the hotel multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, but no one answered at all. I stayed in a King Room, which was also not very clean. On top of that, the breakfast was very poor in both quality and selection. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is great, room ok just abit smelly, breakfast ok, cleanliness need improvement, especially on lobby area need more clean and sofa to be repair

We already had a great experience in Pariat hotel. The room here is really convinient, nice view, the staff is very friendly. Especially, Ms Tam receptionist, she helps us many things. I will come back here for the next trip. I feel happy when we stayed here for 4 days.

1. Clean Rooms "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained. Every corner was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay."
"DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL"
Do not book this hotel. Aircon didnt work and nobody came to sort it when requested. Breakfast was poor. There was moldy food at the back of the toaster, ants on the bread, coffee was near stone cold and there was a poor selection. The tables were dirty too. We ate breakfast elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
