"The best Novotel Da Nang hotel where everything was perfect"
This was our second stay at Novotel Da Nang—11 days with my wife—and it exceeded our expectations once again. The staff’s attentive care, professional service, and warm friendliness left a great impression. Vy from The Square restaurant, whom we met on our last visit, remembered us and welcomed us warmly, which made our meals even more pleasant. The 29th-floor lounge, offering drinks and food all day, was a fantastic experience; we were especially touched by Rosaa and the kindness of the entire lounge team. They also kindly accommodated a late check-out to match our flight time, allowing us to relax until the very end of our trip. The food was delicious, and the hotel’s modern gym and facilities were excellent. We were so satisfied that we’ve already booked to return in September. Many thanks to all the staff at Novotel Da Nang.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
