"Fantastic staff and lovely hotel"
Lovely hotel, great location and FANTASTIC service. Very good food and bars and only a short walk from Old Town which is exciting and colourful. Four pools one adult only with swim up bar, superb room with huge bed and very clean. But what made it was the staff. Hang Nguyen - guest relations Lan - Red Bean assistant manager Vu - Pool bar

Another fabulous stay at another wonderful La Siesta hotel…this chain of hotels does hospitality like no one else. Immaculate rooms set in a stunning complex, with smiling, ever-cheerful, and helpful staff who liaised with the team at La Siesta Premium Saigon before our arrival to give us the loveliest and most memorable reception. With special thanks to Hang and Sang who were both charming and delightful, and to Ty for the brilliant cookery course which we loved, and Vu at the poolside bar, we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again to all at La Siesta Hoi An for a glorious stay!
"10/10 stay in Hoi an"
I stayed at La Siesta for 4 nights to celebrate my 26th birthday and it was perfect! The facilities are spot on and really well maintained. There are 4 different pools to choose from and a shuttle bus to the beach club. There was never any issues finding enough sun beds and often could walk around the resort to find a pool to have completely to myself. Breakfast buffet was standout with both Western and Eastern options. Hoang greeted me upon arrival, organised an early check in for me after I got off an early morning sleeper bus and made sure I was comfortable the entire stay. Recommendations were really good and he even organised a small cake and candle on my birthday Location wise it’s not right in the thick of Old town but 15-20 minute walk or 5 min grab will get you there quickly Would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves ⭐️
"Exceptional Service"
Beautiful hotel, Friendly service, Great rooms. Location about 5 minutes ride or 20 min walk to Hoi An old town. Service levels were exceptional. When we complained about our neighbour's Loud TV late at night, they promptly informed the other guest to reduce volume but also apologised whenever I went to the restaurant next 2 days. We missed packing a dress when checking out and they called us on the way to airport and helped deliver it to the airport using grab.
"One of the Most Wonderful Resorts I've Ever Stayed In"
I've stayed in many hotels and resorts around the world, but La Siesta in Hoi An has genuinely set a new standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was somewhere truly special. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and with an atmosphere that perfectly blends luxury with the charm and warmth of Hoi An. Every corner of it is a delight. But what really elevates La Siesta above everywhere else is the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive and genuinely warm — the kind of hospitality that's hard to find and impossible to forget. I have to give a special, heartfelt mention to Hoang at reception. His care, attention and helpfulness throughout our stay went so far beyond what you'd ever expect. He made everything so much easier and our trip so much more memorable. Hoang is a true gem and a real credit to this wonderful hotel. If you're visiting Hoi An, don't hesitate — La Siesta is the only place to stay. We will absolutely be back.
