"A great stay"
A lovely stay at this great hotel; all the staff have been brilliant. Special mention to Tannie and Irene for all their help. I had the best massage at the spa here, thanks to Vivian, who was able to adapt the massage to cope with an old injury - her great English made communication very easy - I recommend her to you. The hotel laundry were very good; managing to get suncream stains out of a white shirt! Location is good, the old town is easily walkable.

This was our second visit to Hoi an Central The staff welcomed us back and remembered everything we enjoyed on our previous trip and made sure we had everything we needed We were upgraded to a beautiful room All of the staff make you feel so welcome with a greeting wherever you are Special thanks to Mary, Rose Tannie and Kimmie we didnt always get to know the names of everyyone due to our language barrier but all credit to all of the restaurant staff, reception, gardeners and housekeeping The exyent of the care they show to every visitor is amazing we come back for the people there Wonderful outstanding experince Thankyou to everyone

We loved this hotel! We’re a family of 4, so we booked adjoining rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable (not the case at many other places we’ve stayed!). The pool is beautiful, large and quiet, with comfortable lounge chairs, with both sunny spots and big trees for shade. The breakfast is good and offers many choices, both Asian and western. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated Sarah. It is about an 15-min walk to the busy central area and night market, but there are coffee shops and other amenities nearby. All in all, highly recommend this hotel.
