"Great Location very average quality!"
I’m going to start with the positives, excellent position, clean sheets & good towels, very cold fridge (loved that), good aircon, safe, big room with balcony & good storage in room with plenty of seating. Would I say again NO would I have stayed two nights NO. What was wrong: Wallpaper was peeling off as we entered room, large chip on sink, shower was very loose on wall (although good water pressure I was frightened shower would fall off wall) bathroom needs completely updated. Mirrors & glass doors to balcony had fingerprints on them. One dining chair on balcony (would have been better to have to plastic chairs as fabulous views from balcony) So many notes saying you’ll be charged for breaking anything dotted around. This room has so much potential but it needs a total refurbishment. We booked for one night paid £40 so that’s what we got £40’s worth, staff were nice, we didn’t have breakfast. If you’re happy to put up with the issues I’ve mentioned & you get the price we got then you’ll be fine.

Fine hotel, uninspiring rooms but had a perfect location. Sufficient place for us to rest our heads and use as a landing place as we walked around the city.

It was mold in the bathroom and When checkout we got a fee for spilling some pieces of chocolate in the bed!! 1280000 VDN for that! Absolutley terrible The fee costs more than the room itself 😡😡 the explanation was it was so Hard for cleaningstaff to clean it!!
"Nice views, location and staff but poor AC"
The views are amazing and the staff super nice and helpful, but the room a bit old, and the AC doesn't work if you are not in the room, so when u arrive it's very hot for a while. In the 9th floor, the views of the bridge are superb but in the morning the AC is not enough to mitigate the heat that comes through the windows.
