"Great hotel"
This is a great hotel. I spent one night before an international flight and it’s a large room, good amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is clean the shower is large there is a lot of storage spaces which is great if staying longer. Close to shops and the river.
"Attending a family wedding"
Very clean room, brilliant friendly welcoming helpful service. Breakfast is a very good deal. It's only 50.000 vnd ( less than 2 us dollars), mainly for hotel guests convenience. I strongly recommend this family hotel. I will stay here again without any doubt.
"Modern and clean"
Modern and clean with very friendly staff and good service close proximity to a lot of great areas in Da Nang and a short distance to the river which has some great night time sites. Would recommend for anyone coming to Da Nang
"Modern spacious rooms "
Modern and spacious rooms, aircon, large bathroom, good water pressure and temp and some TV channels in English. Complimentary small water each day and breakfast is mostly Asian choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. They even stored our larger luggage for us when we went to Hoi An. Only problem we had was on check in our shower still had old products from a previous guest, another's guests hair in the shower (not the drain, next to the shower wall) and marks of some sort on the walls. I mentioned this all to the receptionist, she told me the cleaners would sort it out. Came back and it was clear of the old product but not the hair and marks on the wall. Spoke to reception and they told us that the cleaners did the best they could and that's how it was, did we want to change rooms.. we declined as all of our bags were already unpacked. This is a higher price modern hotel, we expected a properly cleaned room but forgot we were still in Asia where attention to detail slides. I ended up cleaning it myself using my flip flop and water, easy as. Obviously the cleaners 'best' is below my quick clean with my flip flop..
"Quick stopover"
We stayed here for just a night on our way to Hoi An. We arrived later in the evening but there were staff around to help out and they very friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy, the room was big and the air con worked well. The bed however was extremely hard and uncomfortable - okay for one night but would’ve been a bad experience if we had stayed longer. Location is a bit out of the centre, although walking distance to the dragon bridge and a few other spots. Breakfast was really nice, lots of options. Overall, good value for money, just a couple of small cons about the location and bed.
