"Good Breakfast value for money accommodations."
The room is good, the bed is soft but not too soft that will hurt your back. The bathrooms need to complain a bit as the water flow of the waste/ used water is not flowing properly… The breakfast is not much but the food is good and the staff in the cafeteria is attentive and friendly.
"Could have been better"
The price is low, but you still get less than you pay for. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, and it seemed like everything was broken, the safe, the hair dryer, the door lock, the fridge, even the toaster at breakfast. To top it off, we were woken up at 6:30 am on New Years morning to construction on the floor. The store across the street continually played a Vietnamese message on a loud speaker that can be heard in the room with the windows closed.
"Bad experience"
Location was ok. Stay there with family from 20-22 nov. Rooms were cosy. However the breakfast on the 2nd floor was a disaster. There was no variety of food; buffet breakfast only half available. And there was no spread ( butter/ jam) for the bread. When I reached, the bf area was empty. I ask the waitress, who was taking to male cook, she say no spread. Then few mins later, she came and ask me whether I still want spread and then she proceed to the kitchen to get. I feedback to Jacky travel who booked this hotel for us. The next day, same waitress came and offer us fruit plate but still no variety of food. U can check the photos that was given to Jacky travel. The hotel room door could not closed when I was preparing to leave for day tour! After they have repair the lock, they forgot to make up the room! .
"Not so good, poor experiences"
I was wearing closes like a closes very normal man and went to this hotel with my family and my friends' family. We are here for travel and hope we will have a very good experience here. But the receptionist was looking at me with unfriendly eyes, I am not sure what I am doing wrong? My telephone in my room was broken, no signal, I can not call my friend's rooms or the hotel service. I reported to the receptionist but seems she has skipped my report with very annoying eyes and voices, I am not sure what I am doing wrong again. it's still there and broken. Honestly, I don't know what to say, but you may want to consider it before deciding to stay here on your travel.
"Beach life 🏖️"
The location couldn't be better. The service couldn't be friendlier, and the room view couldn't be better. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you to all of the staff for being so accommodating and helpful. special thanks to Tiến for his exceptional service and friendly attitude! See you next time!
