Hai Van Quan is located on top of Hai Van Pass, in Hai Van Ward, and is a very special stop when traveling between Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue. Prepare shoes with good grip and a light jacket or windbreaker, as the area on top of the pass is often very windy.
